This paper introduce the concept, architecture, elements of Web services technology, base on review and expectation to information manage system, then combines them and builds an customer relationship manage system based on Web services technology in .NET platform, give the division of system module and the system structure, the method of database design and introduces the realization of some key technology. On the basis of the three-layer B/S mode, we give a four-layer distributed B/S mode. We also introduce user controller and Store Procedure to resolve the difficulty of code reusing.
