Pdm System And Its Applied Research In The Manufacturing Sector

This paper is based on the project "Tianjin Zenmay Electro-acoustic Equipment Co.,Ltd PDM System" which is developed at Tianjin Zenmay Electro-acoustic Equipment Co.,Ltd. PDM(Product Data Management)is a key enable technology to integrate and management all the factors including information, processes, teams and personal related to products.The combination among personnel and resources can be realized closely with the PDM as the united platform to support the information integration, function integration and process integration.And the product's development can be accelerated and the quality of product may be improved effectively .The content of this dissertation includes:Analyse and summarize the current status of the manufacture enterpriseinside and outside country and bring forward a kind of method-ProductData Management of Enterprise.Research the development and the current status of PDM inside and outside country.Sum up the mostly functions of PDM system.Research the key technologies of the PDM,especiaIly the group technology, the Object-Oriented technology, the concurrent engineering technology etc.Research on the general system structure, compare the classic system structures (based on the C/S and J2EE).Based on this, put forward system structure and functions of PDM system, which will be developed.Analyse and study Object-Oriented technology ,by which establish the model of Tianjin Zenmay Electro-acoustic Equipment Co. , Ltd PDM System.Found different model according to different function module and constitute the basic frame of the system.Detailedly introduce the process of development and the used think and method of the whole system.Mostly introduce the development and realization of some child system.Summarize the finished work and point out the deficiency. At last, put forward some personal propositons for the future work and anticipate a future of PDM system inside country.
