Pdm Technology-based Information Technology Research

PDM (Product Data Management), which is 3C(CAD/CAPP/CAM) application integration frame, can make up the insufficiency of traditional CAPP which is document manager ,workflow manager and user manager, and so on, can be propitious to CAPP develop to integration, tool, utility in environment of enterprise information and in favor of information share. Recently, the research on CAPP focuses on its integration, utility and practicality. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to study and develop the integration, practical CAPP on the basis frame of PDM.The dissertation based on developing and research of PDM and CAPP integration in KunMing Shipbuilding Equipment Co.,Ltd. and ChangHe Helicopter Corp.. The key issues studied and conclusions deduced in the dissertation are as follows:1.Based on practice of system integration in KSEC and CHHC, study the key technique of CAPP and PDM integrated: a, based on PDM of Process Information management; b, based on PDM of Process workflow management; c, based on PDM of role control in use of CAPP.2. The concept of process information system is improved and enriched. The architecture of process information systems and data flow, based on PDM is studied.3. Based on analyzing of coding system importance in integration environment, studied single product data foundation enterprise application integration system information model; studied process information system get attribute data of product, structure data of product from PDM; studied MBOM transform program flow.4. Discuss workflow technique, analyzing insufficiency of traditional PDM in Cooperative Process Planning, bring forth concept and model of process planner.5. Analyzing workflow management techniques of PDM, solved workflow in CAPP by PDM workflow module, realized key techniques in process document check , examine and approve , release flow.
