To establish a human resource management system in university, which helps the collection, analysis, sharing, issuing and feedback of information, provides the technical foundation for the intensive development of university and ensures the reform of personnel system of universities.This thesis, on the basis of the development of the informationalization of human resource management, probes into the ways and means of establishing human resource management system in universities which features intellective management and automatic flow. Besides, to help the management of labor and capital, this study aims to establish a distributed human resource management information prototype system (HRMIS) combining B/S with C/S, not only for universal management but for individualized access.The methodology of "constructed lifecycle" was chiefly adopted to develop HRMIS based on the characteristics of current human resource management and the application of computer technology in the enterprise management. Meanwhile, MIS was developed and implemented with the help of BPR. Moreover, a security system was constituted in order to defend the computers, networks, databases and management institutions in the whole HRMIS.The findings of this research were validated in the construction of human resource management system which is a part of human resource informationalization construction in universities.
