Firstly, This essay has studied normal data-acquisition method, aiming at the problem that single-chip microcomputer data-collecting system has weak data-processing ability. This paper has presented the solution to design with Field Programmable Gate Array( FPGA) as its kernel processor to control three-chip A/D, conducting remote multi-channel data sampling. In the author' s designable system, by using Visual Basic programming serial communication code, the code sends out its data-collecting parameter instructions to FPGA. Upon receiving the commands, FPGA immediately starts field data-sampling and sends the data back to PC. During the process of communication, there are very strong generality and popularity, and the protocol RS-232 is abided by completely. Secondly, this paper focuses on the basic designing principles for hardware and the programme frame for software, implementing the techniques of real-time processor embedded system. Such techniques have changed some software functions to hardware device to greatly simplify embedded software design in logic.Meanwhile, this paper has explored the way to develop the network laboratory system under LabVIEW. The two key technologies of data acquisition and Internet communication are also presented in detailed description and discussed the advantage of LabVIEW for data treatment. Finally, the system takes the advantage of Internet network, using LabVIEW embedded Web Server to broadcast control VIs. In the process of data transmission, VIs follows TCP/IP network protocol and offers universal web service designed to make specific web technique transparent to clients. And the clients computers, according to specific condition, through the network send out orders to server computers, adjusting in time the operation of field data sampling system to accomplish long distance data acquisition, increase resource utilization rate and reduce application cost.
