As an important branch of micro-computer applications technology, the data collection and processing, collected sensors, signal acquisition and conversion as an entirety, is an important tool and means to obtain information. The data acquisition systems are widely used in national economy, national defense building and specific areas such as scientific experiments.Current domestic and international data acquisition products on the market mostly based on MCU, DSP or FPGA as the acquisition system control center, and the PCI as the bus, such acquisition card subject to its restrictions on the bus, the host susceptible to electromagnetic interference from other devices and does not have good portability. In addition, real-time, high-speed, continuous data collection and store large quantities of data acquisition system are the key issues. To solute the above issues, the paper design a data acquisition system based on FPGA and high-speed USB2.0 portable.This paper involved data sampling theory, the use of processing chips, system interference and other issues. At first, the data acquisition system design theory as the theoretical basis of the hardware system, the modular design includes the design of the signal conditioning circuit, AD converter, timing control circuit, main control circuit and interface circuit, the system uses FPGA as the control center, to control the units , control data through the interface circuit converting a good delivery to the host computer for further data processing.In the PCB hardware circuit design, follow the guidelines for high-speed circuit design in order to solve SI and EMI problems, so that collection system to maximize its performance. In the software design, including a USB controller chip FX2 firmware preparation of PC-driven design and interface design. PC software was written under the LabVIEW platform, the difficulty is to make the PC software designed to identify their own acquisition card, the design uses a method called DLL implements any non NI LabVIEW on the board to communicate, making great LabVIEW play its powerful virtual instrument control implementation.The system implemented data acquisition, processing and transmission functions, and also small in size, portable, while also has the ablity of real-time, high reliability and strong anti-interference. As a portable data acquisition and transmission processing unit, enabed staff to implement mobile working to facilitate the observation site monitoring voltage or current signals. Achieve the desired results.
