With the advancement of technology and industrial technology, the demands ofdata collection for the high speed, accuracy are constantly improved. In the automatedproduction, air quality monitoring, navigation system control, We all need to getreal-time parameters of various aspects, analyze data and make timely decisions, so,we maintain normal production and life.This paper designed a high-speed, high-precision, real-time data acquisitionsystem based on actual needs. Compared with the previous data acquisition system,the issue is mainly for general-purpose system that can be integrated into as needed tocomplete the required tasks on a variety of data acquisition. This design is mainlyused in FPGA technology, using high-speed FPGA processing power, control externalanalog to digital conversion chip working condition, while controlling USBcommunication module. For the final part of the display and control the use of PCtechnology, the popularity and advancement of microcomputer-based systemversatility provided support. Use LABVIEW platform to display and control interfaceon the PC. For the control of the entire system, FPGA is subject to the host computer(the program on the PC) instruction on both the front and rear FPGA modules tocontrol.Due to lack of high-speed data acquisition system design experience, thestructure of this paper collection system used on the general system architecture hasbeen simplified, mainly in order to achieve the performance of high-frequencyacquisition system and high-speed transmission. Hardware circuit module comprises adigital module, FPGA control module, USB communication module. FPGA designsoftware includes the Quartus II software design based on USB chip Keilprogramming, in addition to the PC using LABVIEW program designed PC interface.Finally, the system debugging, We tested the function of each module and the entiresystem acquisition, transmission, display and controls. The results show that thesystem can achieve the purpose of acquisition and the high-frequency high-speedtransmission.
