Data Warehousing And Mining Technology In The Enterprise Crm Research

MIS and WEB technology is widely used. This brings data flood in all kind of system. How to effectively use these company data is becoming the hot spot in IT study field. On that background the theory of CRM emerged.Data warehouse and data mining are useful in creating the predictable model of a company. The models are used to extract useful company data and support management strategy.In this dissertation we focused on the process of applying data warehouse and data mining technology in fulfilling CRM of a medical equipment company. We gave a method called four data storage area to construct warehouse of the medical equipment company. The core of the method is to construct data market. Data market is a kind of simplified mini-data warehouse. It is more subject-oriented and concrete. In the process of constructing Date market, we applied a way to guarantee the data same. We designed a CRM system to verify the theory we discussed. We constructed a multi-dimension data warehouse in order to do some prediction work with customer' s history data. On the basis of the warehouse we studied a classic algorithm of data mining. During the process of the project, I was responsible for the constructing of warehouse.
