Capp System For Concurrent Engineering Research

With the technology developing and the market booming and diversification, TQCS have become the targets that enterprises are pursuing and the technology's reform has become the irresistible trend. As the bridge in the course of the products' designing and manufacturing, computer Aided Process Panning (CAPP) system could not be ignored all the more. So CAPP should be current, integrating, flexible, intelligent and network. As the putting forward of the concurrent engineering thought, people began to realize that the combining of the philosophic theory of concurrent engineering and CAPP system could meet the demands that enterprises put forward to CAPP system, and bring the enormous economic benefits to enterprises.Base on the profound understanding of the correlative theories. The author studies the CAPP system in the concurrency environment (CECAPP). The main contents of this dissertation as following:According to the existent questions and developmental currents of CAPP, the dissertation analyses the theories and relative technologies of CAPP, Concurrent Engineering and Product Data Management, gives the concept of CAPP system in the concurrency environment. Through the decomposing of the traditional designing process, this dissertation clarifies CAPP systemic integration model, information flow and system configuration in the Concurrency Environment.This dissertation studies the decision of technics in CECAPP system. Through the studying of information model of part, technical information model and regular model, this dissertation analyses the implementing process of alternative plans. According to the requirement of the designing and manufacturing, the method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate and rank the multi process plants. It makes CECAPP system flexible, and offers reference for the peoples who are designing.Directing against the resource distribution question in CAPP system, the dissertation combines the static and dynamic resource states in enterprise , and carries on the disposition of resources in different phases, realizes the joining between technological design and resources in the enterprise, promises the real-timecharacter of technological design. Based on the PDM technology, the CAD/CAPp integration frame and managing system of the information model are discussed. PDM is used to manage the process of designing in concurrency environment in this dissertation. It gives security for the unified , real-time management of the design data and design process.
