Oplc Application In The Design Of The Remote Monitoring System Of The Yunnan Provincial Coal Mine Safety

The coal safety in production is a matter of the utmost concern being related to the healthy develogment of the coal industry continuming to grow.Monitoring the manufacturing parameters such as gas and knowing the condition of the real time in the mines,the managers are easy to assort with safety protection,direct production and do the project mangement.Based the model of the system of remote supervisiory of the coal safety in YUNNAN,the paper illuminates the design of the technology of OPLC in the system.We finished some works as following:After reviewing the technology of the usual remote supervisionry and the development of the technology of the monitoring in the national coal industry,directing at the questions of the actual monitoring system of the safety in YUNNAN coal,the paper introduces the scheme .OPLC is as the central controller,SMS as the communication code in th scheme.We can realize remote supervisory by the system.The actual system can not realize the function.In additon to,the computer can not usually operate normally.The paper presents importantly the program technique of the software platform VISILOGIC and the important subroutines of OPLC in the system,including the subroutine of the data acquisition,the one of the data analysis,the one of the setting the devices,the one of the deleting the devices,the one of the data processing,the one of SMS and the one of looking over the devices.SMS is the most popular communication technology now.Since it is generated,it is used as the standard of GSM.The mobile telephones can receive and send messages each other by it.The messages can include text ,numberic or binary text.The service of point-point in SMS defined by the standard of GSM make the messages transfer between the mobile stations and the SMSC.One piece of SMS message includes 160 bytes max,about 70 Chinese.The memory is about equal with VioceCalling.So the expense of communication is very cheap.SMS is the exclusive business which does not need to establish the path of extremity -extremity . Even if the mobile stations has been keeped in the communication of the full circuit .So the reliability of communication is high.The company of UNITRONICS in Israel have developed the products OPLC.OPLC makes Operator Panle integrate with Programmable Logic Controller,which is easy to been programmed and operated.The idea of design saves the wires of distributing,the quantity of input and output and the time of programming.Because OPLC has the function of drivering the MODEL of PSTN ,GSM,GPRS,CDMA,we can realize remote data transmission.We make use of the SMS characteristic of on-line at moment's notice and covering a wide field in the system.We can realize bitterly the function of remote supervisory in the safety of coals,know the condition of real time of mines in the monitoring central of the safety of coal at any time.We make use of the function OPLC making Operator Panle integrating with Programmable Logic Controller.We can look over directly the conditon of real time in the scene of mines, set the upper or lower limit and the time limit to alarm and other correlative parameters. The system is still testing and the reaction is favorable. We hope that a new situation of the system of monitoring safety in YUNNAN coals is opened up.
