The dissertation introduces a kind of environmental supervisory and control system for the remote communication room. It can supervise and control the environment of 30 communication rooms all day,based on modern singlechip technology,computer technology and the field data bus technology.So it makes the communication machine run in good condition and improves the level of management. The system uses abundant hardware resource of Atmega8 singlechip,uses it's general I/O pins collect on-off signal, uses it's A/D function collect simulation signal ,it gets 8 environment parameters such as temperature, humidity and so on ,based on various precision and sensitive sensors; It's different functions of PWM can produce 38K carrier wave used to control remote facilities, thus, it simplifies circuit and improves the performance. The system uses convenient communication protocol of RS485, makes the data transmit from remote place successfully by optical fiber technology, uses Multi Computer communication technology exchange the information between the host computer and extension, It designs the perfect database via software of C++Builder6.0, and carries out the function of voice warning,data displaying,data saving, data querying and data report forms printing. The system uses folded circuit ply, that's to say the two circuit boards exchange information by pinouts, thus, it decreases the volume and reduces the cost of system. In addition, the paper designs a kind of universal remote control, this device has data interface and is different from the one sold in the market, it can exchange the information with host computer by data interface, then it realize function of remote control, or it can be changed and used to control the home electric appliances. Now the system is running on the AnKang railway department.The practice proves it's reliable in communication, simple in operating, friendly in man-machine interface, high ratio of performance to price, easy to be maintained and worhy to be recommended.
