In recent years embedded technology is filtering into people's life in every field such as industry controlling , intelligent terminals and electronic consumables. At the same time Internet technology has also made a rapid progress. So embedded Internet technology emerges and is used in remote supervisory control system and information sharing applications. And now it becomes a key technique. The article makes some research about remote supervisory control system in which embedded Internet is used as key technique. At first the terminology, working mechanism and latest research about remote supervisory control system are introduced. Then the work mechanism of embedded real time operation system uC/OS-â…¡ is analyzed. Then uC/OS-â…¡ is migrated to Sumsung's controller S3C44B0X, ARM7TDMI based chip, and is used as operation system for implement of TCP/IP stacks. Secondly the driver for Ethernet interface chip RTL8019AS is developed, which is the network interface layer of TCP/IP stack. Thirdly several kernel protocols of TCP/IP stack such as IP , ARP, ICMP, UDP, TCP are implemented. To adapt to the limited memory resource and slow cpu process speed some effective reduction and amelioration is made; To reduce the times of memory data is copied the one time copy technique is adopted; To implement the information sharing and direct communication the techniques of crossing the protocol layering is used. Then one tidy andeffective model structure and memory management mechanism are put forward. Especially there is no security mechanism in TCP/IP stack, so there are many leaks which would be imposed upon by attackers. Upon that the leaks are analyzed and some are modified. And some anti-attack mechanism such as SYN FLOOD check arithmetic is offered. At last the system structure and function modules of land galleys supply control system is analyzed, and the communication protocol between the control system and the main controller is designed. Then HTTP is implemented based on TCP/IP stack. To achieve the remote users' watching and controlling a thin Web server is implemented using HTTP.
