With the development of information technology, the field bus and the ether network have become the powerful tool of the transformation tradition industry. This paper embarks on the actual need of monitoring the coal mine ventilator, in domestic applies the advanced field bus and the industry Ethernet technology to compose two-level network distributed control system for the first time, assisting by PLC to realize the entire process automation and modernization management of the main axial flow fans, advanced technology, reliable equipment, stable movement, greatly enhancing the information and the system integration rate and the productive management efficiency.This research uses the upper computer and the under computer design pattern, and has set up the control network which combined with the long-distance common control and the location control. MCGS are applied to compile man-machine contact interface on PC, demonstrating the ventilator work flow by the direct-viewing picture, realizing the data acquisition and demonstration, the essential data recording and alarming, the production data memorizing and the report form output, and it provides the operation surface for the operator. The under computer uses the high reliable PLC, and uses Mitsubishi programming software GX Developer7 to compile procedure, gathering the ventilator operating mode and the electric quantity parameters etc, and transmitting them to the upper computer to carry on processing, demonstration and preservation through the communication network. According to the equipment operating parameters on the scene, each kind of equipment can be automatically completed startup or stop, the automatic control and the auto-alarm function, and can accept the upper computer parameters hypothesis and the long-distance control function. Finally, the local station, long-distance I/O module and PLC correspondence network was set up through the field bus, and the correspondence network was set up through the Ethernet between PC and PLC, and using the OPC technology to realize the seamless system. This advanced two-level network control system has met the different level correspondence need and realized the networking correspondence.In addition, the paper also researches the wind amount adjustment of the system. Fuzzy PID control is used to realize the wind amount automatic control. It proved that using the fuzzy PID control will be able to obtain higher rapidity and stability than the traditional PID, the system technical performance target is improved, and with the guarantee of safety ventilating, simultaneously the consume is reduced, and it obtains good economic efficiency and social efficiency.
