Research On Remote Supervisory Control System Based On Web

This thesis is concerned with problems of networked control system and remote communication technology based on network.First investigating and discussing several classical control systems, the thesis summarizes the newest progress and present application and major framework. Control system will finally be developed into remote supervisory control system connected with internet.With comprehensive investigations and references, the thesis presents three schemes of remote supervisory control system and the virtues and defects of these control systems in the schemes are analyzed and also pointed out.Two foregoing schemes of remote supervisory control system were practiced in the projects. In this paper, the practical results in the projects are given .In the debugging and testing of the supervisory PC program, we found that there were much noise in the transmitted signal by the reason of the plenty of electromagnetism interference equipments in the factory. Therefore, Digital filtersimulation is made to remove the noise in the signal by wavelet transform and the results of the simulation is given in the thesis.In addition, considering the virtues of Ethernet control network and the current conditions of supervisory equipments, a design of Ethernet supervisory gateway based on single-chip microcomputer is proposed in which the hardware interface circuitry is given. These key program codes are offered in the paper.
