To adapt the computer technology development, improve the efficiency of various units, make the wage distribution of each units more efficient,It is necessary to develop a large-medium, secure , advanced financial distribution system which bases on the on-line work and examine-and-approve. This system integrates the database technology, information security technology, web technology ,object-oriented software development technology, build a wage allowance structure which aims at the office units. What's more, each units is able to report the wage examine-and-approve change in the prescribed time through this system on line. So the function departments of financial unit, bank unit, institution-authorize unit, personnel bureau, financial supply unit can run respectively in harmonious way according to their own function. As a result, it will greatly reduce the distribution task of each unit and improve the work efficiency of municipal function departments.This research project arise from the development of Dong Guan city financial wage distribution system.The main contents of this research:According to wage distribution system requirements, function requirements, system I/O requirement, development anticipative goal and the special situation of Dong Guan city. we adopt the object-oriented method to analyze the requirement . This leads to a more scientific requirement analysis, a more reasonable and systematic design, so the user interface will be more humanized and operational.
