With the development of economy, the Provincial Company of Postal Express & Logistics is developing to large scale, meanwhile, the number of employees has increased dramatically, and the geographical distribution of employees work scope is more and more wide. Correspondingly, salary management information and the workload of the financial staff have been increased dramatically. Under this condition, it will exceed their ablity to handle employee wages in traditional manner and it is very easy for them to get wrong. Therefore, the Provincial Company considers salary check link to realize informatization management.Because of the long-term development plan, the company will not enter the full implementation of ERP System currently. In this case, the design of a salary check system is a very good transition method. Namely, a series of operations are finished by computer, not men, such as salary entry, salary query, salary statistics, and salary notifications. Thus, it can help financial staff complete salary management task easier and faster.This article was begun under above mentioned background to design and develop a salary check system accessible to Provincial Company. The system is based on B/S structure and adopt three-layered frame system. The business logic layer is the core part of the system development. The development environment the Eclipse, the development of language using Java, Servlet Java technology is mainly used. Data access layer use JDBC to achieve access to the database, and the database adopts MySQL database.Paycheck system are available to salary management staff and employees these two kinds of roles, including the system login module, the import contract wages, wage labor wages into the module, query module and multi function used query module.System login module is used to distinguish user rights. If user role is different, the module's operating authority is also different. The contract salary import module is responsible for assisting the salary management personnel to import contract labor. Salary management staff download the corresponding import template according to the format input staff wages and the corresponding information, and upload the file to the system, then the system interprets the contents of the documents. Each employee information corresponds to a record and will be saved to the database persistently if the data is legitimate. The import module of labor contract is similar to the contract wage import module. The main difference lies in the labor wage, therefore the wage import module is different. The wage query module is for ordinary users, the users query the privacy of information through the salary information query module, and ensures the privacy of information through the dual authentication ID and password. Multi function inquiry is mainly responsible for the salary management staff to provide the full salary inquiry function.In order to explain the realization of the above functions, the main process of this paper is as follows: first, the system function flow, the design scheme of each function module and the use case diagram are given from the point of view of demand analysis. Then the flow chart, class diagram and other methods are used to give the design of each function module and the design scheme of the entity class and database table. At last, it gives the running interface screenshots of the system and the test method of the system. At present, the system is in a trial operation stage, the operation effect is good, and has basically achieved the expected goal.
