Design And Implementation Of Bank's Wage Management System

With the popularity of computer and the improvement of accounting computerization, the range of financial software applications has widened, as the financial software's subsystem, wage management system plays an increasingly important role in making decisions, strengthening supervision and regulation of distribution functions. The current wage management system which set by users can complete the project, salary data input and query, print pay slips, and other statistical functions. However, the personnel information management system and wage management system is separated, so it is difficult to ensure the consistency.This paper describes the wage management system of a bank.This system realizes the centralized management of personnel information, personnel information's customization, salary information index, salary changes, wage reconciliation and other functions. This system ensures the data consistency, completeness and timeliness, it realizes the full utilization of resources, operate simultaneously, guarantees the specification of wage management process.In this paper, the author researches the business of wage management system, analyze the workflow of wage details, describes the use cases capture technique and the process, designs and implements the main module of the wage management system, completes the functional testing and performance testing, analyze the wage management system.Currently, the wage management system has been applied in production. From user's usage and comments, it shows that the system can satisfy most of their requirements. During system maintenance period, the author collected user's questions and new requirements, and is developing an upgrade version of wage management. With more detailed user requirement and continuous improvement of developer's technical skills, the design and implement of the wage management system will be more fully close to user's needs.
