The establishment of enterprise wage management system, not only can replace a large numberof artificial statistics and calculation, but also can deal with Wage information, and can savea lot of corporate payroll records completely and safely.Based on this background, from two points of view of system administrator andemployees, this paper studied the management of enterprise wages, and designed acorporate salary management system with object-oriented programming method, andrealized the functions of system’s management and setting wages and inquiring wages ofthe administrator, as well as the wages inquiry of employees basically. In the process ofsystem development, the article chosen Visual Basic6.0as a development tool that morefamiliar for me and more applied, its characters of simple language, powerful function andso on, not only simplified the design process of interface, but also reduced workloadbrought about in the programming process, and greatly improved the efficiency andreliability of program.The main work of this paper as follows:(1) Depth research of the research background and status and learn related seriously.(2) Actual visits to several companies, and asked in detail about the corporate financialmanagement experience of use of the experience of financial management software,re-carried out a detailed needs analysis to the business functions of the system.(3) Corporate payroll system functional requirements analysis, design, functionalmodules of the corporate payroll system is divided into the system management module,wage information is set for the three parts of the module and wage informationmanagement module, functional design, raised the overallfunctional architecture anddatabase schema.(4) All modules of the system under design, and testing and results analysis.
