Based on SiChuan Provincial Manufacture Information Engineering Demonstrating Project: ChengDu Wang Pai Motor Co., LTD. information system construction and combined to the status of the management information system,we design the vehicle sales management information system based on customization.The design of the system is based on the contents and characteristics of sales management work and we pay much attention to interaction,simplicity and principle of visualization.The system can provide exact and comprehensive data and analytic result for sales management and improve the work efficiency,quality and validity,reliability of decision. In this paper,technological base of management information system are studied and analyzed.The detail system analysis was ginen out by use of structured analysis method.Analyzing contents include organization structure,managing operation flow ,requirement of users , coding, implement, testing etc.Based on the analysis result,the logical model of new system is put forward.And we design the conceptual structure and logical structure of the system's database based on database theories and the practical situation of the Wamgpai Vehicle Sales Company.By use of structured design method,the system design is carried on and the physical model of the system is put forward. The software platform of the system is Microsoft SQL Server2000,which is a RDBMS based on windows.The program design adopts Visual Basic6.0,which is visual and object-oriented. The vehicle sales management information system possesses more advantages. such as simple operation,better practicablity and friendly interface.
