| As is in the modern world,the development of computer technology and TWT CAD along with the complexity of the data of TWTs,makes us need a better and stronger managing software to collect them,to save them safely and shapely,in order to make a better environment of the vacuum device.Therefore, the motivation of designing a this new kind of software has never been this important before.Since there is no such TWT CAD database system all world wide,we are developing this system to meet the need of the institutions in this country,to gather the technologies in this area,to make it easier to collect all the information and experience from the designers.And also,we are willing to give a lot of important informations by keeping these records of the experienced experts to those new in the vacuum devices field,which is very significant for the TWTs development in the 21st century.TWTCAD Database System is not only an information library,but also an expert system.Based on the difference between the functions of each models,we can divide it into seven parts,the Representative TWT Parameters Library,the Electron Vacuum Material Capability Library,the Database Inquiring Library,the Information Library,the Database Maintenance Library,the Manage of Accounts and the Help.Thereinto,the Representative TWT Parameters Library can be divided into several parts,which are the Electron Gun,the Magnetism System,the High Frequency System,the Interaction and the Collector etc.,to collect the database of mature tubes.The Vacuum Electron Material Capability Library contains four capability library,include Metal Material,China Material,Magnetism Material and Eletricity Vacuum Solder Material,to collect the attribute of materials.The Database Inquiring Library's aim is to find data of each tube that the user request,through inputting a range of data.The Information Library is designed to collect the experience accumulated by experts and their informations.The Database Maintenance Library is to backup and restore data. Use the Manage of Accounts to add,modify and delete the user accounts.We can also find the system's instructions and version information in Help.The works we have been done are as follows:Primarily,based on the analysis of the request of TWT CAD system before,we have ascertained the general character of the database system,and have built the frame of the database system,the data composing structure of the resource database.TWTCAD database system is composed of the resource database,and the data management and data backup,we have analyzed and plotted the functions of each part, designed the related disposal procedures as well.Secondly,we have analyzed and conclude the detail attribute of TWTs,built the data management system and designed the related fundamental data tables by Access 97,then we have implement the fundamental data of the system.Next,based on the designing plan of the system,we have developed the user interface of each part,built the connection of fundamental data and user interface and accomplished the applied programs' development,by using Visual Basic 6.0. We also have validated the functions in many conditions,to certificate the system can satisfy our request.Lastly,we have a conclusion of the past works,and present the advances in the database system. |
