Teaching Management Information System Development In The Network Conditions And Application Of Research

With the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education, the working style of higher vocational school teaching manage will carry out the change. Depend on the campus computer networks, strike up a set of Educational Management Information System (EMIS). EMIS will meets the demand of managing the school with information, in science and in modernization, and assisting school managers to make right decisions.This article looked back the development of the EMIS, analyzing the applied condition of the EMIS. Based on the teaching management process and networks at campus, the system has been designed using computer technology, information technology. The major functions of Educational Management Information System are: the management of courses, the management of teaching plan, the automatic arrangement of courses, the management of basic data. The EMIS is the MIS used concretely in the management field of school. Through the EMIS, school managers, teachers and students can frequently and completely inquire, analyze and dispose the information of the instructional progress at anytime and anywhere. So it can accurately reflect the current state of the various school works in time, predict the future by using the previous date, and assist every functional department to manage the school from overall situation.This article puts forward some problems, such as: security problems in developing and operating EMIS; problems of data sharing in designing and developing EMIS; standard of data in designing EMIS; problems of interoperability in applying EMIS. This article giving a key for Educational Management Information System development with applying the process of inside technique problem and solutions, and on the basis of it, the system development is put into practice. At present, the parts of this system have started to circulate and they bring to benefit to the management work.
