Practice teaching in higher vocational education is the important segment of higher vocational talent cultivation target and teaching activity implementation. Practice teaching segment can cultivate students' ability in comprehensively applying learned knowledge to conduct independent thinking and operation, and facilitate them to become practical senior technical and management personnel adapting to the requirements of specialized work. The majorities of higher vocational colleges face the problems such as scattered post, limited teaching guidance measures, unsmooth contact, uncontrollable process, complicated process, mere formality in evaluation, lagging behind in summary, and practice results difficult to be accumulated in carrying out practice teaching segment. Thus teaching management, student management and statistics inquiry in practice teaching segment of replacement internship and graduation project cannot be effectively linked with teaching, which directly influences overall teaching quality. Targeting at practical problems existing in practice teaching process of higher vocational colleges at present, and for guaranteeing practice teaching quality and effect, the problems that may be met by students and teachers in replacement internship and graduation project segment should be resolved in a concentrated, standardized and systematic approach. In addition, information-based measures should be adopted to construct replacement internship-graduation project network management system, thereby effectively linking enterprises, schools and students, providing flexible and convenient communication and exchange platform, resolving multiple problems met in practice teaching implementation process, and guaranteeing talent cultivation quality of higher vocational education.Starting from the role involved in the implementation process of practice teaching segment, this paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in teaching management process of replacement internship and graduation project, and found solution. It conducted research on the design and implementation of practice teaching management system of higher vocational colleges targeting at B/S architecture. Using SQL Server 2005 database, adopting development tools including ASP.NET technology, AJAX technology and Web technology, and basing on fully researching project feasibility and user requirements, this research conducted system role analysis and system function requirements analysis utilizing use case diagram of UML modeling language. In addition, it designed system overall framework and functional modules such as replacement internship, graduation project and statistics analysis combining with the characteristics of higher vocational education, thereby achieving the expected target of such system.The technology and development tools adopted by the system is relatively mature and reliable, which can guarantee stable system operation, ensure graduation internship teaching order and students' study effect, and provide powerful technical support for information-based construction and development of colleges. Practice proves that the development and design of this system has certain promotion and practical values.
