With the rapid development of information technology, the computer has become anindispensable tool for people’s work and life. More and more schools have realizedautomated data management of the teaching management through the computer, whoseexcellent performance of data analysis and preservation can be relied to improve workefficiency and reduce mistakes. Meanwhile, the fast inquiry retrieval and the printingfunction of work reports are promoting the way of the teaching management to the directionofinformation andnetwork continually.This thesis, which is based on the analysis of the actuality of the secondary vocationaleducation and the features of the teaching management system, discusses the process ofresearching, developing, and realizing of the teaching management system of the secondaryvocational schools, and introduces the current situation and features of the teachinginformation management system as well as the meaning of developing it. The related theoriesand supporting technologies for developing the teaching management system are discussedin detail, the merits and demerits of the two system developing platforms: C/S and B/S arecompared. This thesis proposes the system design frame combining the two patterns, andfixes the system architecture after the related demand analysis and function design of theteaching management system. Then it discusses the realization process of the subsystem andthe application of the according core technologies, taking the grade management system, testpapersystem,andcourseschedulingsubsystemas examples.The development of this system relies on the real conditions of the teaching managementof the secondary vocational schools. The teaching management system is designed to be usedunder the condition of Internet based on the study of thedemand of the teaching managementof the secondary vocational schools. The thesis analyzes the demands with UML modelingtechnologyandconstructs thefunctional modulecharts ofthesubsystems. It focuseson the theory of algorithms and mathematical foundations of the course scheduling subsystem, andthedemandsin theprocessofcoursescheduling.The teaching management system is an important component of the construction ofdigital campus, and a key link of promoting the standard and efficiency of the teachingmanagement with the realization of the informationization and standardization of grademanagement, test paper management and course scheduling management in the process oftheteachingmanagement.
