Design And Realization For Teaching Security General Management Information System Of Higher Vocational School

As the economic is growing fast, the scale of higher vocational schools of our country is escalating is bigger, so management of teaching information becomes more important. The teaching management information system in this paper focuses on the real requirement for colleges. It fully utilizes the advantages of the capacity of fast processing of computing of the computer, big capacity of information storage and large capacity of logic processing to effective management of information and improving management efficiency of the higher vocational school.Teaching security management includes several important sections of teaching plan making and resource use, and these sections can affect each other. If one of them has problem, it will lead to bad effect on teaching of higher vocational schools. Therefore, the system is developed for improving teaching and management of higher vocational school.The main research and results in this paper described as follows:(1) Focusing on features of in process of teaching security management of higher vocational schools, it does detailed analysis on instance requirement, function requirement, structural requirement and data structure requirement. And it also depicts detailed requirement, which supplies solid fundamental for system detailed design.(2) Based on the detailed analysis of application on the higher vocational school, according the relative software technology principle now, it finally decides to use JSP for developing the system interface, use HTML and JavaScript for designing the control and use EXT for ease access of the system. Meanwhile, it uses JAVA as programming language and uses SQL Server2000as database. This system runs on the Tomcat5.5server.(3) In aspects of requirement analysis and system design, it does quality control and management strictly according to process of software project implementing. In process of requirement and system design, it makes the system high practical value by insulting detailed management way and process for logistics management department. It has important function for routine teaching management of higher vocational school by application effect.(4) In tibe process of application development, it focuses on the integration, function, application and convenience for cooperation of system.The users can be access to this system by the fast and direct way. The users can go to the relative module conveniently to handle information in the database. This system has good interface, function, easy operation and maintenance. It has large application value for teaching security management of higher vocational schools.
