It is from reality of the teaching administration, analysed the needs of the educational management, students management, tuition management, information inquirement, according to the results, decided the design objectives and overall design plan.According to the overall design plan, the module database of the educational management, student management, tuition management, system management, sub-system and man-computer interafce were designed. And it also gave the source code of the core sub-module. At the same time, established the hardware and web of the system operation, provided the foundation of the system operation.
