At the beginning of this thesis, we illustrated the development actuality of industrial Ethernet and made a discussion on the feasibility and advantages. Then we analyzed the real-time performance of Ethernet and presented solutions to improve the real-time performance by using the up-to-date technology such as full-duplex switched Ethernet, VLAN, QoS and IPv6.As the key parts of the Ethernet control system, the intelligent zed level of the embedded intelligent node directly influences the system structure of control networks. The embedded intelligent node encapsulated hardware and software, such as sensor, signal disposal, control function, Ethernet interface, TCP/IP protocol, RTOS and embedded Web Server. According accessing the embedded intelligent node, the working status of the industry equipment can be easily seen and can be controlled by workers or remote accredited users by using currency browser such as IE, Navigator.Connecting embedded system to network is based on integration of embedded system and the network. The embedded Real-Time Operating System -μC/OS-II, which has advantages of free code,simple and effective core, fine Real-time performance, is widely applied in embedded system. LwIP is a embedded TCP/IP protocol stack with the advantages of free code, relatively functionality and can be easily ported. In the thesis, I analyzed the hardware structure of the embedded intelligent node which is based on the ARM Processor LPC2210, then, I analyzed the real-time kernel -μC/OS-II in detail. After the research of the TCP/IP protocol stack-LwIP, which has been used in the field of embedded system, I proted LwIP toμC/OS-II and make LwIP be a network service module of μC/OS-II.Based on μC/OS-II, the embedded operating system, using TCP/IP protocol stack-LwIP and HTTP protocol, I achived the design of the Web Server module in the embedded intelligent node, furthermore, we have applied it to the storage and transportation of station in oil field. Results of network testing experiment prove us that the embedded intelligent node developed by us works well in the real situation. It could receive and response correctly.
