Based On Xml And Web Services Technology, Electronic Document Exchange And Management System Design And Implementation

As the rapid development of information technology, electronic government affair engineering has becoming an important engineering of information construction all over the world. Our country also takes the construction of electronic government affair as an important engineering in information field. Electronic document exchange and management system among different departments and platforms is the base and core of the electronic government affair engineering and is a channel and important tool of information exchange among different departments, and it is also one of the important research task of current electronic government affair. This thesis had broadly discussed the design and implement technology of an electronic document exchange and management system, and deeply researched the key technology XML and Web Services.XML and Web Services is a new generation of Internet cooperation technology. This thesis studied the basic theory, technology criterion and application framework of XML and Web services. At the same time we considered the requirement of electronic document exchange and management system, and made a deep analysis of its application in the system. The thesis also gave the architecture and implement technology of Web Services application in the system.The electronic document exchange and management system adopted combined multi-layer C/S and B/S development model, and used J2EE and DELPHI as the main develop platform. In part of the system design and implement, the thesis first introduced the system general design and system security design. Second, it described in detail the XML Schema definition of system exchange data, the design and implement of system database and the design and implement of system business logic layer. At last, it described the design and key section implement of three sub systems-electronic document send and receive sub system, system management sub system and organization client management sub system.The system had excellent characters in many aspect such as transplantation, expansibility, opening and security, simultaneity, the system running and testing result proved that the system is well running and achieved the prospect function and arrived the, prospect purpose.
