System Design And Implementation Of Electronic Document Exchange

With the rapid development of computer and network, the Internet application popularizes day by day in the global scope, the society is rapidly advancing to the information society, the role of information system is more and more. Promoting the informatization of government administration, to build the "e-government",has become the common goal of government departments at all levels to adapt to the information age. Because the government departments are not connected to each other, so there is an urgent need for an electronic document exchange system to various departments together. In this paper, based on the background of this research, by combining the actual situation of Qujing City, the electronic document exchange system, the development of the system always uses object-oriented analysis and design on the demand analysis, the function of the object-oriented design, the system design and implementation of electronic document exchange are discussed in detail.This article from the background to the study, firstly introduces some basic concepts of electronic document exchange system of the research background, the research status at home and abroad, the electronic document exchange system; then the electronic document exchange system for the overall analysis and overview, introduces the overall demand, the overall system architecture and the system functional requirements, but also the non functional requirements of the system are described; then elaborated the electronic document exchange system design and architecture design, through the hierarchical design of the system, expounds the working mechanism, and has carried on the concrete design of function module and database of the system with the structure of the E-government; document exchange system to achieve a general overview, part of the work by the system prototype, the function of the system and function of the realization of the algorithm in detail, and summarizes the paper and discusses the development trend of electronic document exchange system in the future.Electronic document exchange system has been at all levels of government and departments put into use, greatly improving the government’s working efficiency, reduce office cost, promote the all-round construction of the E-government project.
