Due to opening financial market greatly in China, there is increasing competition on product, technology, marketing, serving and organization distribution of bank. In substance, the competition is a human resource contest, including employee skill, cultural concept, Management level, learning ability, reaction speed and team morale. In that case, the bank will maintain and even expand their competitive advantage, when their human resource management is effective.This project adopts the BI engine to read, analysis, data output, qualitative processing.On the basis of the data mining technology, to create unique to eHR- BI index system, in accordance with the original index system by using the Boolean calculation, the system generate reports analysis for the decision of human resource management to provide effective data support, and for leaders at all levels to quantitative decision-making to provide strong human resources support.And use ETL technology for data backup, the backup method with the method of concurrent backup and real-time backup coexist, efficiently and the support of data extraction and transfer function.The objective of the dissertation is that develop an appropriate human resource management system based on existing eHR-BI platform, which is according to the reality of bank. Due to this system, the scientific human resource performance evaluation system will be built. It will make human resource management evaluate by reality and data, which is not just by feeling and experience. It will help human resource department to find the problem and make human resource management improve their method via the quantitative analysis. Therefore, it will make business better and find a great strategy to develop the enterprise.
