"Shandong Road Administration System" satisfied the need for civil servants use computers to manage road clerical work. It makes general operation, information management and document management more convenience. Because road clerical work is about the management on road/highway affair, so it deals with many data types and a great deal of data. We need a technology to draw disciplinarians from these data automatically. Then we can provide references for leaders. Regards the data warehouse and relevant technology as the starting point, this paper is devoted to researching the decision support function for the "Shandong Road Administration System", and try to make the decision support scheme which is suitable for this system. Data Warehouse is the base of realizing decision support. The author got a best modeling fashion from comparing several models, and brought forward the improvement of the classical "Three Floor Modeling Fashion". The author realized the decision support through two kinds of ways , namely statistical analysis and data mining . These two can be regarded as the stepwise deepening in decision support. The author used some advanced technology to realize statistical analysis, namely datatraction, building the data mark, and OLAP show. In the research of data mining, theauthor considered the need of road clerical work synthetically, selects an excellentclassification algorithm CMAR. Combining the fact, the author proposed improves ofthis algorithm. This paper provided system design and realization on the process of discussing correlative theories, combined theories with practice, strengthened the decision support function in the "Shandong Road Administration System".
