Research-based Pharmaceutical Distribution Management Systems Data Warehouse Design

In the information digitization course of medicine enterprise of selling on commission, the computer substitutes for the manual operations to accomplish the collection, storeage and management of business data step by step. Along with this database application goes deep into, the central enterprise environment of running also forms step by step, and at the same time, the capacity of business data increase sharply day by day. The policymaker of enterprise can hardly get the supporting information from the database reports with huge capacity and single content. In that, the traditional database application couldn't satisfy the day-to-day management requirement of medicine enterprise of selling on commission. The enterprise urgently needs to build a kind of new data analytical environment in order to make policy to support the management.The Data Warehouse technology collects data and manages resources with the database technology after the improvement, and has realized the separation of the data analytical environment and the data operational environment. It is an effective method of analyzing data and distilling information with the statistical analysis technology. Using Data Warehouse technology, the rule was found behind the data by way of artificial intelligence, neural net and knowledge reasoning. The Data Warehouse transforms data to information, transforms information to knowledge, mades up the weaker shortcoming of the ability of traditional database application at the aspect of the analysis of data, and provides the supporting of various hierarchy for the policymaker.This paper puts forward an overall idea of building an central data warehouse system baseded on business database with data set of enterprise level, integrated and supporting data analysis. Using Online analytical processing and Data Mining, provides a flatform with full aspect and deep hierarchy.This paper firstly built an business database fellow the model of "Purchase-Delivery-Store" in order to satisfy the data requirement of collection, storage and management of medicine enterprise of selling on commission. Then introduced the system exploration background, and the origin of data warehouse technology. At the basic principle part, this paper introduced the key technology of Data Warehouse, Online analytical processing, Data Mining and the method of exploration. At the example part, this paper analysed the method of model design about the system with the technology of data warehouse, Online analytical processing and Data Mining. At the same time, built the data warehouse system with the sale subjects as the example, built an many-dimensions database using the online analysis tool of Microsoft SQL Sever. Finally built a two linear forecasting models based on smoothing of time queue about analysis of sale trend, and verified the design analysis of this paper partly.
