Rs And Gis-based Variable Rate Fertilization Prescription Generation System

Variable Rate Fertilization (VRF) is one of the most important content of Precision Agriculture. Compared with traditional methods of Variable Rate Fertilization, this paper gives an introduction of a new VRF method based on RS and GIS. This system is one part of 863 demonstration project which important industry is applied with 3S ?Agriculture. It's also named Crop Quality Monitoring &Optimized Fertilization and Irrigation Decision Support System (DSS). This system combines the idea of Expert System into DSS and makes good use of component technology to realize the seamless integration of Expert System(ES), Geographical Information System(GIS), model and export knowledge. It is also an intelligence prescription making decision support system built with theory of 3S(RS,GIS,GPS), which is developed with Visual C++ and object oriented programming based on homemade GIS platform. In fact, we can get well made prescription with this system according the existing model and knowledge. This system has passed the middle examination too. The successful development of this system can take us high practical value and referential significance about VRF of Precision Agriculture.
