Precision agriculture is an important direction of modern agricultural development,and its application field is very broad,and variable fertilization technique is an important part of precision agriculture technology.As a result,the control software of variable rate fertilization becomes one of the current research focus on agricultural production,this study based on soil fertility and crop growth regulatory fertilization,different crops needed for heilongjiang province for storage and transfer into,different types of fertilizer to MapObject2.2 and GPS technology,Visual Basic language,based on CAN bus,the precise control of variable rate fertilization software development,in order to realize the precise control of variable rate fertilization software control type 2F-12 test-bed of variable rate fertilization variable fertilization experiment was carried out.Main contents are as follows:(1)Studied and analyzed the concept,structure,CAN bus message transfer and frame format types,combining agricultural machinery CAN protocol and ISO 11783,made the frame format of communication system,transmission protocol,and the corresponding analytical algorithm.Finally,the acquisition and communication,filtering and transmission of CAN data of agricultural machine CAN be realized by programming.(2)The instructions test bed frame work of input and output is through CAN bus to transmit data,so the design of the software need to be a CAN with a serial port data conversion module will CAN filter operation,processing operations,converted to serial 16 data to compile the program.(3)Test the performance test of the 2F-12 variable fertilizer test bed,and test whether the test bed can run normally and accurately,and provide test conditions for the follow-up test of precise variable fertilizer control software.(4)Use Visual Basic and MapObject2.2 to write variable fertilizer application according to the function of precise variable fertilization control software.Including GPS devices CAN transmit and receive port data write,CAN bus port sending and receiving data to write,writeapplication debugging,the prescription of variable rate fertilization figure function to write,record writing assignments figure function.The software system runs in the Windows platform environment and realizes the development of Visual Basic6.0,embedded GIS component Map Objects2.2.(5)Test bench test and performance and functional test test based on precise variable fertilization control software.Locomotive speed and fertilization amount as test index,the single factor experiment,the conclusion is obtained by a large number of test experiment,precise control of variable rate fertilization research design software can realize the operation of variable rate fertilization.The test results show that the performance and function of the precise variable fertilization control software meet the design requirements,that is,the precise variable fertilization control software designed in this thesis achieves the target requirements.
