Natural resources for our survival and supply of a variety of production materials, to maintain long-term sustainable development of resources is of great significance to society. Land is an important natural resource. It is closely related to our daily life. It provides us with a place to live and a source of food. As an irreplaceable resource, land resources is an important guarantee for the survival and development of human beings, but with the expansion of the world population, the decrease of arable land area and cultivated land resources become more and more important. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to ensure the agricultural land resources and how to efficiently crop production value.Precision agriculture is a scientific research topic, which is aimed to improve the output value of cultivated land unit area. With the development of information technology, the application of information technology in high capacity, high efficiency in all aspects of life is widely concerned. Social on agricultural production increasing research and investment, through the application of information technology to agriculture, crop planting, fertilization, harvest automation, accurate management gradually promotion, precise agriculture has been established. The development of information technology to promote the global positioning system to civil liberalized, the positioning accuracy, although not up to standard military, but its accuracy can meet the needs of agricultural production and application, the positioning function for the development of agriculture provides a necessary condition for good. Implementation of precision agriculture to increase the efficiency of operations at the same time, but also in line with incremental, efficiency, energy conservation of these large-scale cultivation of scientific requirements.Variable rate fertilization is a research topic of precision agriculture, which can improve the efficiency of farming. China is a country with a vast territory, in most agricultural farming areas, spread of fertilizers rely mainly on artificial seeding, not only the operating speed is low, did not make full use of the means of production, operation difficulty big, consumes a lot of manpower cost, and excessive inputs of fertilizer effect of soil fertility and imbalance, soil erosion, affecting crop growth and quality. Variable rate fertilization in precision agriculture can improve the working efficiency, and has a good assistant effect on reducing these problems.In this paper, we first make a briefly discussed on the precision agriculture and the development status of domestic and foreign made brief introduction, on the basis of sufficient investigation and research, proposed own variable rate fertilization design scheme, and the main function and the innovation place is introduced in detail in this paper. In this paper, we use TMS320F28335 as the main processor to obtain the current location information, and obtain the information of the plot by GPS as the main processor. According to the actual operation of the equipment and the speed of the tractor travel is proportional to the controller through the control of variable speed ratio can achieve the purpose of adjusting the actual amount of work. Its function can be summarized as, according to the location of the tractor, the location of the plot, to find the corresponding fertilization decision information, through the control of the speed of the shaft, the effect of variable fertilization. In the last part of the article, the problems encountered in the course of the study are analyzed and thinking.
