Precision agriculture is a kind of important and modern agriculture in the base of modern information technique, biology technique, engineering technique, is a synthesize system of high complicated, it is important way to realize low energy consume,efficiently, superior quality, safe.Variable fertilization technology is an important part of the precision agriculture technology. It solved the problem of steady-state fertilization accuracy of electrical mechanical stepless speed institutions variables fertilization seeder and improved system response speed basing on PID control algorithm. But system controlling accuracy became higher when row fat wheel speed fluctuation or speed was low through further analysis of test results, which can influence performance of variable fertilization seeder. Pointing at variable fertilization seeder soil flatness and travel faster changes causing the problem of fertilization wheel speed unstable and low accuracy, it put forward variables fertilization system basing on PID control algorithm and improved the dynamic performance and anti-jamming performance combining with fuzzy logic control and the advantages of PID.Firstly, the basic theory of Fuzzy PID Control is discussed in the paper. The principle of Fuzzy Control and the structure and the design of Fuzzy PID Control are introduced. Secondly, the composing of the Variable-rate fertilization control system is analyzed, the T-function of every part is calculated, the model of variable-rate fertilization control system is established. The MATLAB research shows: Fuzzy PID Controller is independent of the system model, and it is prior to general PID in response speed and stable precision and restraint ability against the interference, especially appropriate to nonlinearity and serious hysteresis and random interference system such as Variable-rate fertilization control system. Lastly, the control effect of this controller is validated again by experiment.
