Crm System Analysis, Application Of China's Securities Industry

With China's Accession to the World Trade Organization, the securities industry has been opened step by step. Hence the internationalized competition in this industry is inevitable. Meanwhile, the securities companies have faced with the all kinds of challenges such as mixed operation, innovation and technical development in the securities industry. In the face of Economic Integration, finance internationalization and information netilization, China's securities industry has been confronted with double competitions from both home and abroad which have been serious day by day. The competitions are rivalships not only of people, technique, product, service and market, but also management thinking and operation concepts. Improving services, accelerating the innovations in products, techniques and systems, the young security companies in China should also make use of advanced information techniques to build netilization information management platform, in order to support business development and operation decisions, and enhance the rapid reaction competence to the market. Nowadays, more and more Chinese security companies have been aware of the importance of Customer Relation Management of building their Core-competence.Establishing in the whole situation of China's security industry, this paper has started with the operation of the Chinese security companies, and analyzed the reason. Based on all of these, the author discussed what can be resolved by CRM system. Meanwhile, the application of CRM in China and foreign countries has been compared on purpose of finding the gap. In the latter part of this paper, a CRM case of a domestic security company has been analyzed. Combined with research in Shanghai Headquarter of a security company, CRM solution and CRM systems used in different administrative levels have been shaped. Finally, looking into future, the paper has summarized the development trend of CRM system.
