Centralized trading system is the important foundation that the securities company participates in the industry competition. In contrast to traditional securities exchange, the securities centralized trading system has advantages of lower cost, more benefit to innovation, easier supervising and more effective using resources.The securities exchange has very strong time limit, accuracy and security, so it is very important for the trading system to have the stability, reliability. As the company information technology director, the author is responsible for the total analysis design of the centralized trading system. On the basis of concrete circumstance of the company, the author analyzes the requirement of the centralized trading system and finishes the feasible plan. According to IS0/IEC17799 International SecurityStandard, the author analyzes information security and confirms the requirement for the company.In this article, I start with the analysis and design of centralized trading system, and try to introduce characters of securities exchange, and confirm the rebuilding goal of information system. Basing on evaluation of the plan, the author expounds the technology feasibility. By now, the entire trading system runs well and provides strong support for our company.
