As an important part of logistics and supply chain financing, inventory pledge financing is one of the important means to solve the financial difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the business environment.Financing enterprises,third-party logistics enterprises and financial institutions represented by banks are the main participants in the inventory pledge mode.Considering the situation of China's capital market, although the third-party logistics enterprises often play the role of member enterprises rather than core enterprises, they still play a vital role in the key nodes of the financing chain, and affects the smooth degree of enterprise cooperation in the financing chain. While combing and researching domestic and foreign literature, this paper also carried out a more thorough field investigation, supported by transaction cost theory,principal-agent theory, and supply chain management theory,to carry out research on third-party logistics companies under the inventory pledge model. In the research process,in order to better help third-party logistics companies to measure benefits and evaluate risks, starting from the participating entities and operating procedures of the existing business model of pledge financing, under the premise of unified credit granting to banks, logistics companies, and financing Analyze the expected return of each participant of the enterprise, and combine the expected return model to analyze the risk points in the inventory pledge business that may affect the expected return of J company;secondly, build a risk model based on the actual situation of J company, select risk indicators, and use analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis method are used for risk assessment;finally, using the decentralized data storage characteristics of blockchain, blockchain is applied to inventory pledge financing, risk assessment is carried out again, and the two risk assessments are compared. As a result, explore whether blockchain technology is beneficial to the risk control of third-party companies.Through research, the following conclusions and countermeasures are drawn: banks, logistics companies, and financing companies maximize expected returns under the strategies of offering loans, abiding by contracts, and abiding by contracts;in the expected return model, risk points widely exist in credit and financing, pledge and repayment stage;the logistics financial risks faced by J logistics enterprises mainly include market risks, business operation risks, financing enterprise credit risks and external environmental risks;the application of blockchain technology to the inventory pledge model can be reduced to a certain extent the collateral warehousing and transportation risks, operational risks, management personnel risks, and supply chain stability risks are conducive to third-party logistics companies to avoid logistics risks and are also conducive to the stability of the supply chain.Based on the above research conclusions, this article also proposes corresponding strategies for logistics financial risks. For example, establishing credit files, improving internal control systems, speeding up and deepening the application of blockchain technology in the field of logistics finance, etc. This paper studies and analyzes the expected benefits and risks of third-party logistics companies under the inventory pledge model, and compares the risks with blockchain technology, provides a theoretical basis for third-party logistics companies' business decision-making and risk response, and provides a theoretical basis for third-party logistics companies.Logistics companies provide theoretical and practical guidance to better serve logistics and supply chain financing.
