Lan-based Community Health Information Management System To Achieve

The condition and standard of in habitant health play an important part in the research of national quality. For the sake of probing into tactic of health demand and bringing modem management technology in health management into play, we must reform the health system according to the regional health plan. It should have orientation from the objective of health, patient-centered, evidence-based, service-provided and development initiative, BY implementing the whole-industry-managing system, the government will allocate health resources with market mechanism. In the end the health resource of the whole industry will come into the stage of the dynamic balance to promote the sustainable development of health sector.Public health management and the prevention and care of disease depend on transferring information. It has been understand commonly by many experts in the world. With the conversion of medicine mode (biology-society-psychology), the task of sanitation had turn more definitude it makes use of information of agendum in the regional health to study public health. Thus we greatly improve work efficiency and quality.Using a real the regional health enterprise as a model, this paper mtroduces a management information system (MIS) under the environment of Novell LAN with FoxPro Database language. According to the direction of software engineering, the system was accomplished by the mean of structured system analysis and design and implement. In the part of system analysis, the feasibility of the system is analyzed, the goal and the demand of the system is determined and the logic model of the system is set out as well. In the part of system design, the system is divided into some modules withdefinite function, proper size and independence on the base of system logic model. There are five sections in the part of structured system design, which are module structure design, data access design, code design, input design and output design respectively. The network structure, network configuration and operation method are included in the part of system implement, some software function are also introduced in here.With the rapid development of new technology, the network and system constructed then will lag behind time. So at the last part of this thesis, the extension and improvement of the system are presented, the method of access to other networks and the construction of intranet are discussed. The model of the regional health management information system is explored and some schemes of implement are also submitted.
