| In recent years,with the progress of society and economic development,more and more public activities have appeared in public view.These activities include national and local public activities and their types include sports events,exhibitions,garden parties,temple fairs and so on The demand creates supply.Because people's demand for public activities is getting higher and higher,public activities have developed rapidly,and activity participation has gradually increased,which has been a great deal of improvement in people's living standards,cultural quality,and spiritual improvement.At present,public activities have received more and more attention and the forms of activities have become increasingly diverse and the content of activities has become more abundant and the scope of activities has become wider and wider.The impact on society has become greaterHowever,there is not a lot of research on the evaluation of the effectiveness of public activities,and many studies only use the internal subjective or objective data held by the organization or related departments to assess or predict the risk of public activities from a professional perspective.For example,some research evaluates the fire safety of public activities or the risk of stampede accidents.In addition,there is no comprehensive study on the effectiveness of public activities.More research is only qualitative and subjective about public activities risk assessment.So,there are many research space and research values for evaluating the effectiveness of public activitiesBased on the above analysis,the research content determined in this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of public activities.The research mainly includes the determination of assessment indicators,indicators data collection,evaluation system construction,and evaluation system verification.In the earlier part of the article,we refer to the existing major event indicators system studies that are similar to public activities and determine the public activity evaluation system indicators based on the characteristics of public activities.The indicators are mainly from the network.With the rapid development of the Internet,more and more organizations also choose to disclose relevant information on the Internet and take various forms of means to interact with the public,listen to public opinions,and receive feedback in a timely manner.Based on this,combined with professional background,this paper chooses to obtain different types of information from various sources through the network,and when determining evaluation indicators we consider each dimension from various angles,so as to evaluate the effectiveness of public activities as comprehensively as possible.After determining the indicators of the evaluation system,the article then introduces the data sources and data processing rules for each indicator.The indicators are mainly divided into three levels.The first-level indicators include the development of Internet public opinion,the popularity of media communications,and the social evaluation of activities.The Internet public opinion development includes three secondary indicators of public concern,intuitive content,and proliferation of events.The popularity of media coverage includes the popularity of website visits,search popularity and micro-blog popularity.The three indicators of positive,negative,and neutral evaluation included in social assessment are an important part of the evaluation index system.This indicator is obtained through sentiment analysis and will be discussed in detail in this process.The index system includes 18 three-level indicators,which evaluate the effectiveness of public events from all aspects.According to the degree of importance of each indicator,the weight of the indicator is determined by the analytic hierarchy process to determine the overall score of the entire evaluation system and obtain the score of the public activity.Finally,using the case study method,the established index system was tested in practice,and representative public activities were selected for evaluation.The article selected two events with significant differences in the results of sports events and conventions and public events as a case study.The scores calculated for each event are in line with the actual results of the event,indicating that the index system has a certain degree of accuracy and applicability can be correctly assessed for general activities and is in line with actual results.In addition,the article also grasps the overall and details of the activities based on the scores and changes in the values of each indicator,and makes recommendations for the subsequent activities.When obtaining historical cases,some indicators could not obtain accurate data before and after the activity occurred.Therefore,afterwards,the article also selected public activities that were conducted concurrently with the writing of the papers as examples to track changes in public activity data in real time and obtain complete data.Further explore the application value of this evaluation system.The results show that the evaluation index system has a better assessment effect for public activities with more comprehensive indicator data,and that the changes in various indicators during the activities can be more clearly demonstrated,so as to better play the role of the evaluation system. |
