With the development of computer technique, classical instrument is beginning to turn into computerization. Virtual instrument is the product of modern computer technique, instrument technique and other new technique. The conception, structure and development of Virtual instrument are described in this thesis. Virtual Oscilloscope and virtual spectrum analyst are designed with LabVIEW, which are used in the experiment system of the self-mixing interference in semiconductor and tested. In this thesis, the technologies of DDE, DataSocket, DCOM/ActiveX are also described. Three methods based on these technologies described above are applied to remote control and measurement system. System structure and working principle are stated in detail.At last, the further schema of research is presented. |
