Third-party Logistics Decision Support Systems Research And Development, In The Supply Chain

Supply Chain is produced in the background of cooperative economy. And logistics is an important resource to supply Chain obtaining competition. As an alliance enterprise of Supply Chain, the Third Party Logistics will help to realize the Integrated Supply Chain Logistics Management. And the degree of using information of the Third Party Logistics is a key factor to it playing integrated logistics functions.The purpose of this paper aims to build a frame of 3PLDSS(the Third Party Logistics Decision Support System). At first, the system's factors, the functions and the entire frame are described. And the system's functions include transporting, warehousing, loading, machining and distributing. Secondly, on the base of analyzing relative information in logistics deciding and describing data relations, the technology of CALS (Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support )is selected to manage database, at the same time, some advance techniques of information analysis are put forward in order to get a across-the-aboard and integrated information support. Thirdly, according to the system's functions, six mathematics models are set up, and the general way to using these models deciding is also gain. Fourthly, communicating with users will become a realization through the Computer Human Interface System of 3PLDSS. At last, a quite successful case shows that an information system is a grate contribution to the Third Party Logistics.
