As the development of science and technology are more and more fast, the classification of people working is more delicate. The way people living, working and consuming has changed gradually. This kind of improvement caused new products and new services appeared continuously. Producers have to focus on their chief business, and left the logistics used to be disposed by themselves to some professional logistics corporations which called "Third Party Logistics" (TPL). As an advanced logistics form, TPL puts emphasis on achieving the real logistics revolution by using information technology, establishing effective, mature and powerful information system and logistics system.Logistics management is the important part of supply chain management, it has two important problem .The first is how to choose the location of the distribution center, it is the most important problem for many logistics corporations because it is the key factor to transportation management and storage. The second is Vehicle Scheduling Problem in logistics distribution. It is the closest factor to consumers in logistics activity and takes the largest part of the cost of logistics. To schedule vehicles scientifically and reasonably is the crucial part of logistics distribution.This thesis mainly focus on distribution center' s location problem and Vehicle Scheduling Problem in logistics distribution. By using genetic algorithms, we construct mathematics model and optimized iterative algorithm for these two problems. Experiment shows that it is efficiency.
