It is the most difficult to research the technology of distributed decision support system that the decision process has the characteristics of multi-task and real-time. The typical instance of this technology is the Military Programming Intelligent Decision Support System (MPIDSS) used in future battles. The key technology of MPIDSS includes the distributed supported technology, the process control of cooperative working and the real-time control of the decision process, etc.Based on the technologies of decision support system (DSS), group decision support system (GDSS) and distributed decision support system (DDSS), with the theory of system engineering and artificial intelligence such as knowledge engineering, Agent, etc, having the background of the items supported by the National 10th Five-Year Plan foundation-the research on the technology of military programming intelligent decision support system, this paper focus its work on researching on the algorithm of mission decomposing and mission distributing, distributed support technology, real-time process control method and project evaluating technology, etc. Further more, the architectural model of process control based on multi-agent alliance is put forward and the prototype system of MPIDSS is implemented. The contribution of this paper is described as below:1. Distributed multi-hierarchy decession architecture towards multi-task system is brought forward. Based on the distributed multi-hierarchy, the distributed decision process can be partitioned into two decision processes that are the transverse-distributed decision process and the lengthways-distributed decision process. The transverse hierarchy accords with the serial decision process of bringing forward decision problem, solving problem, evaluating project and bringing forward project. The lengthways hierarchy accords with the collateral decision process of decomposing mission, distributing mission, collaterally solving problem and integrating project.2. A combined-model-generation method is promoted and implemented. Model combining should comply with the data-coherence rule, such as the type of data, the number of parameters, etc. The process of model combining should be convenient and transparent for users, which means the users don't n need caring the coherence of data. However, the combined-model-generation tool can examine the data-coherence automatically in the process of model combining and generate a process describinglanguage based on XML.3. A process control model based on multi-Agent alliance architecture is promoted. The multi-agent alliance architecture tallies well with the distributed group decision process towards multi-task system. By defining the agent communication ontology language and agent message structure as well as inheriting the capability of autonomy, intelligence and cooperation, this paper implements the method of cooperative process control of distributed multi-task.4.A real-time process control method is implemented. The real-time process control can be implemented by defining the time-restriction parameters in the agent message structure and the efficiency can be improvement by adopting the algorithm of real-time process control. Further more, this paper discusses how to use this control model to implement the process control of cooperative airfight.5.The interface technology between model-base that includes different language programmed models and database. This interface technology successly solves the problem of how to directly use the existent models in the military information field. So the repeated burdensome work of model programming can be cancelled.The technology of this paper concered has been applied in the National 10th Five-Year Plan foundation item.
