As the rapid development of social economy in the world and china,people's quality of life and the level of requirement has improved gradually.Therefor the demand for material life and spiritual life has also continuously improved.As a result,logistics industry becomes more and more well-known and important.A safe and efficient logistics management mode and management system is necessary in this rapid development of information age,a good mode determines the integrity and efficiency of logistics,a good management system determines the security,real-time of the logistics and information sharing which is the most important part.In this paper,the research content is mainly focus on how to achieve an efficient,safety and "self-adaptive" logistics management system,logistics management can be more efficient and faster,logistics solutions can be more customizable and targeted as the system applied in practice,it is not only realizing the significance of logistics in itself,but also make it more operational and feasibility.In the process of the development of logistics,we have experienced the first,second and third party logistics,and now the Fourth party logistics operation mode is a microcosm of the logistics system in the research content,in other words,the core content of this research is the Fourth party logistics operation mode with the combination of modern information and Internet technology.The subject system is designed and developed on the fourth party logistics operation mode which is the most efficient and practical logistics operation mode for now.Carrying the function of third party logistics providers and integrate the technology type supplier,realize resources integration,reduce operating costs.Thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the fourth party logistics system,complete team,suppliers,customers more homework at the same time;Realize the area of information exchange,resource sharing;Implement local and network servers and storage;Achieve high quality team,suppliers,receiving,resources integration and sharing.This system uses C/S architecture,the Windows as the platform,use the Visual Basic language,a structured,modular,object-oriented,event-driven development environment that contains assistance for the visualization of procedural mechanisms designed to VC6.0 as the development tool,SQL Server 2000 database as a background.
