On the basis of research, the author analyzes the current management of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company, and brings forward the scheme that realize part of function of ERP and CRM in SACTC first, then Completes the System to realize real ERP/CRM system.3. The author researches the theory and advantage of distributed database, describes the theory of Client/Server and Browser/Server, and brings forward the reason of choosing the structure of database.4. Discussed the methods of verifying of users password in the application of database, the author designs a method to verify users password afteranalyzing the specialty of DBMS and the actual condition of verifying users password in "Mini ERP/CRM System of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company".5.
