| A control system for the thickness of ion beam sputter(IBS)coating is introduced in this paper . The basic principle of IBS coating machine is discussed. This paper also gives the scheme of hardware and sofeware. This system can raise working efficiency, improve the quality and reliability of product, reduce labour intensity. We wish it will be used widely in coating etc. |
