Study Of Integrated Supply Chain Management System For Process Industries

Under the basis of analyzing the actuality of material supply and the sharp edge that the flow enterprise must face in the environment of global-economy, this paper studies and designs the system of flow enterprise oriented integrated supply chain management, presenting the structure of integrated supply chain management system. The innovation is the introducing of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment model as the basis of system construction and action, solving the collaboration problem in supply partners. Through the development and application of the system of Ba-ling integrated spare-part material supply management, this paper validates the thinking of integrated supply chain management, obtaining good effect and high benefits.
