The Study On Supply Chain Management Information System Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Multi-Agent

As a new form of business organization, virtual enterprise (VE) has been focused on by the academia and industrialist widely. Information network is the basis for the operation in the VE. With the use of the advanced technology and facilities, VE should be grouped into a network union. VE can bring about best combination of all the resource and rapid development of all the members in the VE. It can also make the market risk reduce and the best use of the resource by means of flexible operation mechanism. In the cooperation relation of VE, cooperation relation of supply chain is widely used in fact. Upon that, we define them as a union who are the integral of the enterprises taking charge of every node in the supply chain. The inner management of the union is called VE supply chain management (VE SCM).This paper takes this as its studying object.This paper talks about how to build up a information system in the VE and then it makes the union be more adaptive and agile to the rapid changing environment. Also it can integral all the resource from different enterprises in the VE.In the distributed system, multi-agent system has some very dominant features, such as sociality, intelligent, proactivity, reactivity, autonomy, collaboration and thinking. Also multi-agent system can assemble some agents to complete some mission that only one agent can not complete. The agents coordinate and communication with each other by the mechamism in the multi-agent system. By these, this paper researches about the VE supply chain information system from the selective cross resource and superiority sharing in the VE. It's called supply chain management information system based on multi-agent. First of all, this paper summarizes the latest papers researching about agents, supply chain management information system and VE supply chain management. The job this paper has done is as follows:the process of supply chain management and the cooperation subject can be used in it are researched firstly. These subjects deal with all the things from procurement to final custom relationship management in the supply chain management process. Basis on the theory, this paper designs the single agent for the system. Also there are multi-agent frameworks in and between the enterprises in the VE. The harmony and communication problem are the most important problem to the multi-agent system. So this paper has paid much attention on it too. Then this paper uses the UML method to analyze and design the system. Subsequently, this paper uses a simple useful designing platform for the system's realization. It contains two parts:software part and integration part. At last, this paper uses an instance that is about the procurement in some power equipment CO. to make the system more comprehensive.With the above research, this paper proves that the multi-agent system for selective cross collaboration of supply chain management in virtual enterprise will be very practical and ascendant.
