In recent years, with the continuous expansion of baked food market, some problems are becoming more and more prominent, such as the high cost of goods loss due to short shelf life of products as well as high cost and low efficiency of distribution due to scattered retailers. Therefore, the cost issue has become a major factor affecting the competitiveness of baked food enterprises. On the premise of ensuring the service level, the integrated optimization research on the supply chain of bakery food enterprises to improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the total cost of the supply chain has become a hot issue for research in the field of industrial engineering and management. This paper takes a bakery food enterprise’s bakery products supply chain as the research object and conducts an integrated optimization study on its supply chain location-inventory-routing problem. The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Investigate the current situation of a baked goods company’s supply chain and develop an integrated optimization plan. This paper investigates and studies the curre nt situation of a bakery product supply chain, then analyzes the main causes of its high supply chain costs, what’s more, this paper develops an integrated supply chain site-inventory-route optimization plan.(2)A supply chain location-inventory-routing integration optimization model considering the direct delivery mode is studied. The integrated supply chain optimization model considering the direct delivery mode is constructed with the objective of minimizing the sum of facility construction cost, inventory cost, transportation cost, time penalty cost,out-of-stock cost and damage cost, and with the constraints of vehicle capacity and logistics center capacity.(3)A two-stage heuristic algorithm is investigated. In order to avoid the limitations of a single algorithm,a two-stage heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model;in the first stage, the greedy-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to find the initial feasible solution in order to obtain a better initial feasible solution quickly;in the second stage, for the characteristics of high complexity and many parameters of the model, the adaptive forbidden length is introduced on the basis of the traditional forbidden search algorithm in order to improve the solution speed and global search capabilit y of the algorithm.thereby finding the global optimal solution. Finally, the reliability and superiority of this algorithm are verified by comparing the two-stage heuristic algorithm with other algorithms through three different scales of arithmetic cases.(4)A case study on the location-inventory-routing integration optimization of bread supply chain of an enterprise is carried out.Combine with the actual operating data of the supply chain of bread products of a baked food enterprise, this paper uses a two-stage heuristic algorithm to solve the location-inventory-routing integrated optimization model of the supply chain considering the direct delivery mode, and obtains the optimal site-inventory-path integrated optimization scheme. The scheme is compared with the relevant data of the current supply chain to verify the effectiveness of the integrated optimization scheme. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of some parameters in the model is carried out to provide more guidance for the optimization of enterprise supply chain.
